But the décor is not the only thing to like. Its huge area encompasses many different services to cater to your needs – guaranteed to transport you from the hustle and bustle of the city into a space of comfort and quiet.
Salon – Pamper time!
Amidst their variety of services (including a café and a manicure section) is their salon.
Their salon boasts an impressive team of highly experienced and professional hair stylists from Singapore, Korea, and Japan all specializing in various treatments and styles.
For those who are particular about the stylists who can go near your hair, Walking on Sunshine might just be the place for you to get that perfect cut, treatment, or dye that you want!
We got to try a new treatment called the Shocking Clinic Hair Treatment. It might seem simple but it consists of a hair wash, relaxing head massage, treatment application, rinse down followed by a simple drying and style
Our stylist Sophia, got it all done in 30-40 minutes as you sit back, relax and let her do the magic.
Although what felt like a soothing and relatively quick treatment, it actually packs a punch: a protein treatment to coat the strands of your hair and help with breakage, heat damage, and frizz.
All in all, the treatment will have you feeling light and satisfied and with your hair feeling stronger and softer than before (my hair still felt silky and I could very easily run my fingers through my hair more than a week after the treatment) and you’re all set for your day out!

Cafe – Eat to your heart’s content!
Apart from their salon, what makes Walking on Sunshine unique is their concept of having a cafe right next to the salon so you can not only pamper yourself but fill your tummy too! When you step into the cafe, you’ll feel like you’re teleported into a sanctuary that feels almost feels like a Korean Drama set nestled with flowers and leaves making it instagram-worthy!
When it comes to food, the cafe serves up a variety of Western dishes that come with a Korean twist on it. We got to try several dishes such as their Smoked Salmon Toast with Avocado, Chicken Pizza, Iberico Pork Jowl, Bulgogi Beef Cream, Salmon Aglio Olio (Spicy) and Souffle Pancake.
A must try is their Souffle Pancake! They’re light and airy with just the right amount of flavours and softness in it, which makes it absolutely perfect for a brunch treat. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add a touch of syrup onto your pancake to make everything extra soft and sweet!
This cafe is indeed a wonderful hangout for both families and youngsters and they are usually busy on the weekends, so be sure to come early if you want a good seat!

Apart from their a la carte menu, they also serve a Brunch Buffet from Monday to Friday, 9am – 11am for $15 Nett! (yes, you read that right, no GST or Service Charge included!) Be spoilt for choice with 11 items and 4 categories (Salad, Soup, Panini and Brunch) to choose from!
