Dine On comprises vocalist Soowon and producer ARTLOVEU. Soowon came up with their unique name with the intention of serving up music that is as comforting and filling as a hearty meal. When you say ‘Dine On – (song title)’, it also essentially conveys that you’re about to ‘eat’ the song. This creative rake signifies that the co-ed duo’s music is something you can savour and feel nourished with, much like a delightful dish.

Their R&B and soul-infused melodies are like fine dining for the ears that will linger in your heart long after the music fades. Currently, all their songs are being released as singles only. Initially, they planned to release their songs together as an EP but thought that it would be heartbreaking if only the title track received attention. This decision proved to be right as each single is just like a carefully crafted dish that deserves its own spotlight.

Have a feast for your ears with these 3 tracks from Dine On.

1. Every Single Day (feat. Odett)

This song was first composed and written by Soowon with pianist Eames in 2018. However, it wasn’t until 2022 that it was released after ARTLOVEU’s re-arrangement. While the lyrics explore the feeling of being a fool in love, the re-arrangement modified parts of it to revise the elements of melancholy to allow a glimmer of hope to shine through. By infusing it with a sense of optimism, it is bound to resonate with listeners on a warmer and different level.

For you, I’m a fool for you
This is how I feel
For you, I fall for you
So, so deep

2. Let Me, Let Me Know (feat. onthedal)

Their latest track reaches out to audiences like a bowl of hot soup on a chilly day, providing warmth and offering solace to those grappling with loneliness. The lyrics encompass the universal human experience of loneliness and are a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we are not alone. As the song unfolds, onthedal enters the song from the bridge with her angelic voice, symbolising the glimpse of light that can break through the darkest clouds.

Let me, let me know
How to light up the night I’m stuck in
Let me, let me know
How to believe in myself

3. Starry

One of their most beloved tracks, its beauty lies in its simplicity and sincerity in capturing the essence of love and connection. It is the perfect song to listen to after a long day at work as you reunite with your loved ones and leave all your worries behind.

Spending a day in a cold city
I just waited to spend time with you
