But what’s all the fuss about? Well, imagine stepping into a space where every detail tells the story of SK-II – from its humble beginnings to its groundbreaking skincare innovations. The store is designed to be a sanctuary, allowing visitors to disconnect from the outside world and dive deep into the PITERA™ experience.
As you explore, you’ll find unique touches that bring SK-II’s heritage to life. There are product testers inspired by Sugidama balls (a nod to sake brewing traditions), and even custom ceramic art pieces representing different skincare lines. And if you catch a whiff of an intriguing scent, that’s the store’s exclusive blend of Japanese cypress, Hinoki wood, and sandalwood – created to enhance the immersive vibe.
The real game-changer, though, is the SK-II Skin Ceremony. This new service takes skincare consultations to the next level, inspired by the Japanese concept of omotenashi (think: next-level hospitality). It’s all about giving your skin the VIP treatment it deserves.
