6 Korean Playlists to help with getting a Good Night’s Sleep

Time to get sleepy.

There are just some days when it’s hard to clock in the sleep hours and some of us resort to playing light music in the background to aid in sleeping (I’m guilty of leaving my TV on overnight on auto-play). It also has been scientifically proven that music can help with sleeping as it has the ability to slower your heart rate and breathing, lower your blood pressure, and most importantly can act as a trigger to relax your muscles.

Depending on your preference, we’ve compiled 6 Korean playlists that might help you get a good night’s sleep faster (even if it doesn’t help, you might find a favourite song or two from these playlists).
