The international search for the next K-POP idol has begun at the 2019 Changwon K-POP World Festival!
Brought to you by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore, the global competition is back with its 9th edition, and recently ended its audition and announced the results for the finalists who made it to the preliminary rounds.
Hopeful participants from all around the world submitted their online auditions in their respective home countries in hopes of making it through the preliminary rounds and emerge as the top two acts in their country and earning themselves a trip to Changwon to compete in the finals come October 2019. There, they will take part in a training camp, before battling it out at the Grand Finals.

The Singapore Preliminary Round will be held on 28th June 2019 at Victoria Theatre, finalists who made it will be competing in two categories: Vocal or Dance Performance. From the preliminary rounds, the top two acts will then be chosen to represent Singapore to compete in the finals.
